Neaps this week — when's the window?

Less range means the banks don't drain out completely, so you get a longer workable window either side of low. The middle of the beach tends to hold its shape best on neaps.

What Dan said. I'd aim for two hours either side of low on the north bank — it was working nicely on the last neaps.
